Chocolate Pastries

These chocolate pastries are great to share over coffee and are so quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

Puff pastry

Chocolate

Beaten Egg

Raw Sugar

Cut your pastry into triangles like this

Place two squares of chocolate on the bottom of each triangle

Roll and place on a lined baking tray, brush pastries with beaten egg and sprinkle with raw sugar.

Bake in a hot oven until the pastry is puffed and golden
